I was lucky enough to participate in the creation of 3 mayor cross products and teams: Checkout as a Service (v2.0 from the ground up), Tools for sellers and Regulations.
I was resposible for defining product strategy, goals and success metrics with Product, IT and Business teams. Act as a liaison between different teams with a 360° product view. Create and lead UX teams and stablish healthy and optimized design and research proceses. Look after for the holistic user experience and quality of the product. Create workshops to reinforce the team’s knowledge and capabilities.
